The Findley Lake & Mina Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in Findley Lake, New York. The society is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of Findley Lake and the surrounding area. ME-1 - Swamp Run WNYP 426 leads ME-1 westbound back to Meadville from Falconer. Unfortunately due to recent changes at the WNYP, this run is now a thing of the past with NS delivering the interchange into Meadville.

June 5, 2022: Lawrie Bros. Furniture Company ghost sign, Commerce Street, Erie, Pennsylvania A ghost sign advertising the defunct Lawrie Bros. Furniture Company is seen on the rear of its former home, as seen from Commerce Street just south of East 12th Street in Erie, Pennsylvania. The sign is evidently of early 20th century vintage: brothers John and Robert Lawrie moved their eponymous furniture store to this location in 1908 from its previous home three blocks away in the historic Meyer Building, and it remained a going concern until 1947. Successor company Outlet Furniture lasted at least until the 1960s (the word "Outlet" in less durable paint remains faintly visible over the Lawrie's name at right).
