COE Hall is a historic mansion located in the Oyster Bay area of Long Island, New York. Built in 1912 by James and Helena Cox, the house was designed to resemble a castle in the style of a French chateau. The building is made of red brick, stone, and stucco and is adorned with terraces, towers, and a slate roof. The interior of the house features 22 rooms with elegant features like marble fireplaces, ornate chandeliers, and intricate woodwork.

The building is a prime example of the Colonial Revival style of architecture, which was popular during the early 20th century. The exterior of the building is highlighted by a central pavilion flanked by two wings, and there are two terraces on the front of the house with balustrades and stone steps leading up to them. The gardens surrounding the house feature a variety of trees and shrubs, including a chestnut tree that was planted by Theodore Roosevelt during his tenure as the President of the United States.

The house was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987 and is currently owned by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. The building is open to the public and offers tours, educational programs, and special events throughout the year.
