The Zadock Pratt House is a historic house located in Prattsville, New York. It is one of the few surviving Federal-style houses in the town and is owned by the Greene County Historical Society. Built in 1814-1815, it was the home of Zadock Pratt, a prominent local businessman and politician. The house is a two-story brick structure with a hipped roof, and is the only brick dwelling in Prattsville. It features a large central chimney and several small ones, as well as a one-story porch on the west side. The interior is laid out in a typical Federal style, with a central hallway dividing the house into two symmetrical halves. On the first floor, there is a large parlor and dining room, as well as a kitchen and several smaller rooms. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. The house is surrounded by a stone wall and has been restored to its original appearance. It is a fine example of early 19th century architecture, and a reminder of Prattsville's early history.
