BENICIA CAPITOL STATE HISTORIC PARK

Benicia Capitol State Historic Park is located in Sonoma County, California. It is the former site of the California State Capitol, which served as the state's legislative seat from 1853 to 1854. The park is home to an impressive Greek Revival-style building, which was completed in 1852 and served as the first and only capitol building in the state.
