The Twin Lights Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in Highlands, New Jersey. The society's mission is to preserve, protect, and promote the history and heritage of Twin Lights, the two lighthouse towers located in Highlands.

The Twin Lights were built in 1828 by the State of New Jersey and are the oldest continually operating lighthouses in the United States. The towers are also the birthplace of the US Coast Guard, as they served as a base of operations during the War of 1812.

The Twin Lights Historical Society was founded in 1978 and is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the towers. They are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the lighthouses and surrounding grounds, as well as the interpretation of the site's history. The society also hosts a variety of public events throughout the year, such as concerts, educational programs, and holiday celebrations.
