The Lords Hill Meeting House is a historic building located in Effingham, New Hampshire. It was built in 1816 and served as the town's primary place of worship until 1862. The building is a two-story, rectangular structure made of timber frame construction with clapboard siding. Its gable roof is covered with wooden shingles.

The interior of the building features a central pulpit, with a raised gallery on three sides. The pews are simple and functional, with no ornamentation. The overall design of the building reflects the simplicity and austerity of early New England architecture.

The Lords Hill Meeting House played an important role in the community's religious and social life during the early 19th century. It was also used for town meetings, concerts, and other community events. However, as the town's population grew and new churches were built, the meeting house fell out of use and was eventually abandoned.

Today, the Lords Hill Meeting House has been restored and is open to the public. It serves as a museum and cultural center, hosting events and exhibitions that celebrate the town's history and heritage. Visitors can explore the building's historic architecture and learn about the role it played in the community's past.
