Warner House is a historical mansion located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. It was built in 1716 by Captain Archibald Macpheadris, a wealthy sea merchant, and is considered one of the oldest brick houses in New England. The house is named after Jonathan Warner, who bought it in 1760 and lived there until his death in 1814.

The architecture of Warner House is a mix of Georgian and Federal styles, with a symmetrical façade and a central entrance. The house has three stories, with a cellar and an attic. The interior features original woodwork, paneling, and flooring, as well as period furnishings and artwork.

Warner House is open to the public for tours, which showcase the history of the house and its former occupants. The property also includes a formal garden, which has been restored to its original design. The garden features a central fountain, boxwood hedges, and seasonal plantings.
