Freedom Park, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Omaha, Nebraska. The organization’s mission is to honor the sacrifices of America’s military veterans and to educate the public about their service. The park features a collection of military equipment and monuments that commemorate the contributions of past and present military personnel.

The park’s centerpiece is the USS Hazard, a World War II-era minesweeper that served in both the Atlantic and Pacific theaters of war. Visitors can tour the ship and learn about life at sea during wartime. Other exhibits include tanks, artillery, and aircraft from various conflicts, as well as a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

Freedom Park, Inc. also hosts events throughout the year to honor veterans and raise awareness of their service. These include ceremonies on Memorial Day and Veterans Day, as well as educational programs for school groups.

The organization is run by a volunteer board of directors and relies on donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations to maintain its exhibits and facilities. Freedom Park, Inc. is open to the public year-round and welcomes visitors of all ages to learn about the sacrifices and contributions of America’s military veterans.
