The Custer Battlefield Historical and Museum Association Inc. (CBHMA) is a non-profit organization based in Hardin, Montana. Founded in 2000, its mission is to preserve and interpret the legacy of the Battle of the Little Bighorn. CBHMA works to promote the understanding of the historic event that took place in June 1876 and the people who were part of it. The CBHMA operates a museum in Hardin, Montana, and offers educational programs, publications, and special events to further its mission.

The museum houses a collection of artifacts, photographs, documents, and artwork related to the Battle of the Little Bighorn. The CBHMA also offers guided tours of the historic battlefield, including a walking tour of the battlefield, and guided tours of the U.S. Army’s Fort Custer, which was an important part of the battle. The CBHMA also hosts educational programs, such as lectures and workshops.

The CBHMA is a member of the Montana Historical Society and is affiliated with the National Park Service.
