The William P. Hall House is a historic house located in Lancaster, Missouri. It was built in 1860 by William P. Hall, a prominent local businessman and politician. The house is a two-story brick Italianate-style structure with a hipped roof and a central cupola. The front facade features a large porch with ornate brackets and a balcony on the second floor.
