The Water Valley Main Street Association Inc. (WMSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of the city of Water Valley, Mississippi. Founded in 1995, WMSA is actively involved in the preservation and promotion of the town's historic downtown district. Through the development of public and private partnerships, WMSA strives to create a vibrant and economically viable downtown district.

WMSA works to preserve the town's historical structures and to promote the area as a viable tourism destination. The organization is committed to fostering a sense of community by organizing events such as festivals, parades, markets and concerts. WMSA also provides resources and support to local businesses to help them become successful. The organization is actively involved in the planning and implementation of projects that help to improve the downtown area and promote economic development.

WMSA is a volunteer-driven organization and relies heavily on the support and donations from local businesses, community members, and grants. The organization is also supported by the city of Water Valley and the state of Mississippi. WMSA works to ensure that the downtown area remains a vibrant and thriving community.
