Thousands of acres of native grasses and wildflowers were sown across southern Minnesota by the working hands of Marty. He was a tireless advocate, introducing youth to the outdoors through wildlife programs, hunter education, job mentoring, 4-H, FFA, and prairie restoration. Marty's love of the outdoors, including camping, fishing, and hunting, were shared with family and friends.
