Wall Street CP's Winona local pulls 38 covered hoppers from Bay State Milling down Wall Street in Winona. When I was at WSU, my GF lived in the two story brick house on the right, and I remember seeing red and white Soo GP38-2s go by regularly. Built in 1886, I'm sure that place has seen it all.
