The Longville Historical Society Inc. is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1976. The organization is dedicated to preserving, protecting, and promoting the history of Longville, Minnesota and the surrounding area. The Society works to maintain the integrity of the region’s history by providing educational programs and maintaining a museum.

The Society holds regular meetings throughout the year and runs several special events. The museum is open year-round, offering visitors the opportunity to learn more about the history of Longville. Through the museum’s exhibits, visitors can explore the history of the area and gain insight into the lives of those who lived here in the past. The museum also houses a research library and archive of historical documents.

The Society also offers educational programs for children and adults, focusing on the history of the region. These programs provide an opportunity for people of all ages to learn more about Longville’s past.
