Pioneer Mutual Hook and Ladder is a volunteer fire department in Sacramento, California. The department was formed in 1881 and is one of the oldest volunteer fire departments in the state. The department is part of the Sacramento Fire Department and provides fire protection services to the city.

The department has a fleet of three twenty-four foot ladder trucks, three pumpers, two brush trucks and one rescue truck. Each of the trucks is equipped with the latest firefighting technology. The department also has a mobile command center and a hazardous materials response vehicle.
