The Chelsea Depot Association is a non-profit organization located in Chelsea, Michigan that is dedicated to preserving the historic Chelsea Depot building and promoting community events and activities. The building, which was constructed in 1880, was a critical hub for commerce and transportation in the area, serving as a stop on the Michigan Central Railway line. The Chelsea Depot Association was formed in 1989, when the building was slated for demolition, and has since worked tirelessly to restore and maintain the depot.
