The Lansing Art Gallery Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a vital and vibrant arts community. Located in the heart of Lansing, Michigan, the gallery provides a platform for local, regional, and national artists to showcase their works in a professional setting. Established in 1985, the gallery is the oldest continuously operating non-profit art gallery in the area.

The gallery features regularly changing exhibitions of contemporary art, with works from all media presented in the gallery's four distinct galleries. The exhibitions are accompanied by a variety of educational and cultural activities, including artist talks, lectures, classes, and workshops. The gallery also hosts regular events, including openings and receptions, art walks, fundraisers, and other community events.

The gallery is partially funded by the City of Lansing and Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs as well as other generous donors. It is managed by a Board of Directors and a staff of volunteers who work to ensure that the gallery continues to bring in quality art and provide an enriching arts experience for visitors. The Lansing Art Gallery Inc. is an important part of the Lansing community and provides a vital resource for the appreciation and understanding of art.

Pam and Bill Warren Bill and Pam are the President and Treasurer of the Southeast Michigan Bluegrass Music Association. In this photo they're watching over the Association's musical instrument petting zoo in the basement of Woldumar's barn. The SMBMA sponsors scholarships for young folks to take lessons to play bluegrass instruments.
