Sepulveda House is a historic house located in the Mid-City section of Los Angeles, California. Built in 1910, it is a two-story Craftsman-style house with an exterior of wooden shingles, a gabled roof, and large multi-paned windows. The house is set back from the street and is surrounded by mature trees and landscaping.

The interior of the house features original Craftsman-style details such as beamed ceilings, built-in cabinetry, and hardwood floors. The living room has a large fireplace and is flanked by two bedrooms. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances and a breakfast nook. The house also has an attic with a bonus room, as well as a partially finished basement.
