Perris / Perris Theater (# 0018) Opened in 1946, designed in an art-deco style but apparently modified at various times.  It’s now owned by the city for its historical value to downtown, but closed due to structural problems.

Pictures in the below links show the theater as once having a marquee around the base of the tall sign.

The UCR/California Museum of Photography is located in downtown Riverside, California. The museum is part of the University of California, Riverside and houses a vast collection of photographs and photographic equipment. The museum's collection includes more than 150,000 photographs, ranging from daguerreotypes to digital prints, as well as a library of over 20,000 books on photography and related subjects.

The museum is housed in the historic California Citrus State Historic Park building, which was originally built in 1913 as a packing house for citrus fruit. The building was renovated and repurposed as a museum in 1985. The museum has five galleries that showcase a variety of rotating exhibitions throughout the year, including works from their collection, as well as contemporary and historical photography by local, national, and international artists.

In addition to the galleries, the museum also offers educational programs, workshops, lectures, and events for both students and the general public. The museum's mission is to promote the understanding and appreciation of photography as an art form and to provide a platform for dialogue and critical thinking about the medium.
