Perris / Perris Theater (# 0018) Opened in 1946, designed in an art-deco style but apparently modified at various times.  It’s now owned by the city for its historical value to downtown, but closed due to structural problems.

The University of California, Riverside (UCR) is a public research university located in Riverside, California.
