Boardman House is a historic home located in Saugus, Massachusetts. The house was built in 1805 by local carpenter, Benjamin Boardman. It is a two-story, Federal-style house with a gambrel roof and a center chimney. The clapboard siding is painted white with green shutters at the windows.

The house has a symmetrical five-bay façade and a wide, central entrance with a transom above. The entrance is surrounded by a large, two-story portico with a pediment and fluted Doric columns. Inside, the main entrance leads to a central hallway that runs the length of the house. To the left and right of the hallway are two parlors and two bedrooms. The hallway also has access to the kitchen, dining room, and a small study. The second floor has four bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The house has been well-maintained over the years and retains many of its original features, such as the wide-plank floors and original hardware. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and is a part of the Saugus Center Historic District. It is currently a private residence and is not open to the public.
