The Metis Eastern Tribal Indian Society of Maine, located in Limerick ME, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources and support to the Metis community of Maine. The organization was founded in 2004, and is made up of members of the Metis Nation of Maine, a sovereign Indigenous nation recognized by the State of Maine.

The Metis Eastern Tribal Indian Society of Maine works to foster a sense of community among the Metis people of Maine, as well as to promote Metis culture, language, and traditions. The organization provides education, cultural, and social services to the Metis people in Maine, and works to support the unique Metis identity.
