The University of Maine Campus Arboretum in Orono, ME is a living laboratory of plants and trees, covering over 100 acres of land. This arboretum serves as an outdoor classroom for students, faculty, and staff, allowing them to experience the natural world in a unique setting.

The arboretum was established in 1981 and includes a variety of trees, shrubs, and other plants, both natural and cultivated.
