The Bella Vista Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history, culture and heritage of Bella Vista, Arkansas. The Society was founded in 1991 by local residents who recognized the value and importance of the area’s history and wanted to ensure that it was not forgotten. The Society collects and preserves historic artifacts, documents, photographs and oral histories as part of its mission. The Society also seeks to educate the public about the region’s history by organizing events, tours and lectures.

The Society is located in the historic downtown area of Bella Vista, Arkansas. This was shot through a concave lens made of acrylic. The red acrylic was poured into a circular mold, which rotated while the acrylic hardened. That caused the acrylic and the color to move toward the outer rim of the mold, and this generated the concave shape of the lens.
