Jewell County Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in Mankato, Kansas. MERRY-GO-ROUND Lebanon, Kansas. These are considered too dangerous for our kids nowadays. Those of us of a certain age can remember twirling about at dizzying speeds as we or our mates jumped off to push and jumped back on. You had to hang on for dear life when they were going full speed. This particular one has knobs to grab hold of, however, the ones of my youth never did.
