Constitution Hall is a historic building located in Lecompton, Kansas. Constructed in 1856, the building served as the territorial capitol of Kansas during the tumultuous years of Bleeding Kansas. It was a focal point of political and social activity in the region during the pre-Civil War era.

The building is a two-story brick structure with a symmetrical facade and a gabled roof. It features a central entrance with a pedimented portico and a double-door entrance. The interior is divided into two large rooms, which were used as the Kansas House of Representatives and the Kansas Senate.

Constitution Hall played a significant role in the struggle over the issue of slavery in Kansas. The building was the site of the Lecompton Constitution, a controversial document that would have admitted Kansas as a slave state. The constitution was ultimately rejected by the United States Congress, but the building remained a symbol of the pro-slavery movement for many years.
