Friends of the Grimes IOOF Building Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Grimes, Iowa. The mission of the organization is to preserve and promote the history of the Grimes IOOF Building, a historic building located in the heart of the town.

Built in 1892, the Grimes IOOF Building is one of the oldest structures in the area. It was originally built as a meeting hall for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF), a fraternal organization that was active in the town. In the years since, the building has served as a theater, a library, and a school.

Today, the Friends of the Grimes IOOF Building Inc. works to preserve the building and its history. The organization is dedicated to raising funds for the preservation, restoration, and maintenance of the building, and for the development of educational and community programs.

The organization is led by a board of directors that includes members from the community as well as representatives from the IOOF organization. The board meets regularly to discuss the progress of the organization and to plan for upcoming events.
