Cost saving on landscaping. I love the design change...it's original. I'm sure each rock has a history and story, even perhaps a name and type. One rock appears to be mooning passers-by. I didn't take it personally. On this date in time this rock grouping is one short of a dozen. Perhaps they represent board members or customers who count. I know I do.

Sinh Update 2024 Saw Sinh yesterday and he looked fantastic. He is very busy yet gladly took a moment to say hello - he liked my phone today. Sinh has a lot of lucky cats - see the one on the top shelf behind him? He's 47 now.

How Much Is That Kitten In The Window This beautiful tuxedo cat was spotted yesterday in the window of the Animal Care Society. They do steal hearts! She is the mirror image of our (RIP) cat, Raylan - aka Ben, who was also adopted here.

Rooster This Chanticleer Rooster apparently had a run-in with an intoxicated customer who attempted to ride him (according to the waitress). The rooster looks as though it had also become somewhat rusty and today he is catching snowflakes. Flurries began while taking this shot as temps were below freezing. We must have some powerful rain here to eat away the paint finish. Not sure this piece of metal can be restored.
Outfits While stopping at a local Kentucky consignment store to say hello, we spotted some curious outfits. The one with the cherries got me homesick for Michigan as it was the "Cherry Capitol of the World" and home to some of my family. Somebody once said all women think about are purses and shoes. I disagree. Hats are important, too. Not wanting to take up space in this little shop without buying something, I did purchase a cute green hat for St. Paddy's day. Have a safe one! We Love Rain... March 8 - Obviously it was raining. The front door to this entrance was malfunctioning and workers were attempting to fix it. Shoppers were getting agitated because they were mildly inconvenienced. Sorry for them but hopefully it got fixed on Friday as David was not happy. Long way to walk to only buy three things. We were in the area anyway. He's hoping to get his upgraded glasses from the vision place a few doors down soon.. It was his birthday...we celebrated with family the next day. The baby in the cart behind David was waiting to be picked up. Transportation is important some times. So are plastic bags. We recycle them. It's clear and sunny today in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
