The Laynor Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was founded in 2003 by philanthropist and entrepreneur, Yvonne Laynor, with the mission of working to improve the lives and opportunities of marginalized people in the greater Phoenix area. The foundation pursues this mission through a variety of initiatives, including grant-making, community building, and policy advocacy.

The Laynor Foundation provides grants to local organizations that promote economic opportunity and self-sufficiency, education, youth and family support, and health and wellness. Grants are awarded through a competitive process that evaluates the merit of each proposal and the organization’s capacity to execute its program. Additionally, the foundation has a special focus on supporting programs that serve the Hispanic and Native American populations in the area.

The Laynor Foundation is also actively involved in the local community, sponsoring and participating in events that foster collaboration and dialogue, such as the annual Women's Empowerment Summit and the Phoenix Nonprofit Summit. The foundation is also a strong advocate for policy reform, working with legislators to improve the lives of Arizona's most vulnerable populations.

In its 16 years of operation, the Laynor Foundation has made a tremendous impact on the Phoenix community. By providing grant funding, organizing community events, and advocating for policy reform, the Laynor Foundation has helped to improve the lives of many people in the greater Phoenix area.
