Lanier Mansion is a historic house museum located in Madison, Indiana. The mansion was built in 1844 and is considered one of the finest examples of Greek Revival architecture in the United States. It was the home of James F.D. Lanier, a wealthy banker and politician who played a significant role in the development of Indiana's economy during the mid-19th century.

When eating, the god of longevity (Sauh:壽), which is shown by the three super symmetrical and identical symbols on the bottom, should be three times more important and frequent than either fortune (Fuk:福) or prosperity (Luk:祿), the two Chinese characters on top. At least it is for me. When I eat, I want my food to contribute to a long and healthy life. The owner of this Hong Kong kitchen seems to feel the same way. For his delicious dishes that contribute to my longevity, I’ll send a little fortune and prosperity his way in return. ;-)
