The Calhoun County Sports Hall of Fame in Jacksonville, Alabama, is dedicated to honoring and recognizing athletes, coaches, and teams from the county for their outstanding achievements in sports. Established in 1997, the Hall of Fame is located in the Jacksonville State University (JSU) Stadium, near the JSU Gamecock Club.
The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals and teams who have made a significant contribution to the sport in Calhoun County, whether through their play, coaching, or other activities. The induction ceremony takes place each year in the fall, and inductees are honored with a plaque in the Hall of Fame with their name and accomplishments listed.
The Calhoun County Sports Hall of Fame currently has more than 120 inductees, including players from all levels of sport, ranging from high school athletes to college and professional athletes. Notable inductees include Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Pat Sullivan, NFL quarterback Jeff Rutledge, and Major League Baseball pitcher Brad Carlson.
The Hall of Fame also honors those who have made contributions to the community and served as a role model for young athletes, such as JSU head football coach John Grass and NFL punter David Leaverton. In addition to the Hall of Fame, the Calhoun County Sports Hall of Fame Board of Directors also sponsors various youth sports programs throughout the year.

![Calhoun County Courthouse - Anniston Alabama - Historic Building The Calhoun County Courthouse is a historic county courthouse in Anniston, Alabama. It was designed by Atlanta architect J. W. Golucke and built in 1900, when the county seat of Calhoun County was moved from Jacksonville. It is one of the earliest Neoclassical courthouses in Alabama.[2] An annex with a jail was added on the north side of the building in 1924. The courthouse was rebuilt after a 1931 fire, albeit with a slightly different clock tower.[3] A southeastern annex was built in 1963.
