The Wylie House Museum in Bloomington, Indiana, is an historic house museum associated with Indiana University. It was built in 1835 and is the oldest building on the IU campus. The house is named for Indiana University's first president, Andrew Wylie, and his family. The house was the Wylie family residence until 1883, when it was sold to Indiana University.

The house is an example of the Federal style of architecture, with a two-story brick structure and a hipped roof. The museum is furnished with original Wylie family furniture and artifacts.
