The Birmingham History Center, located in Birmingham, Alabama, is a museum and research center devoted to preserving and sharing the history of the city. Founded in 1997, the Center is housed in the historic Thomas W. Martin House, a Queen Anne-style mansion built in 1895.

The Center's collections include artifacts, documents, photographs and other materials that tell the story of Birmingham. Visitors to the Center can explore a variety of exhibits, including displays about the city's history, its civil rights movement, and its contributions to industry, medicine, art and music. The Center also hosts a variety of educational programs and special events throughout the year, including lectures, workshops, and film screenings.

The Center also houses an extensive research library, which contains books, manuscripts and other documents related to Birmingham's history. The library also contains microfilm copies of city newspapers from the 19th century, as well as oral histories of Birmingham citizens.

The Birmingham History Center is open to the public six days a week, and admission is free. The Center also offers tours of the Martin House, as well as guided tours of the exhibits.
