The Bronzeville Black Chicagoan Historical Society (BBCHS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history and culture of the African-American community in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood. Established in 2017, the Society is committed to protecting the legacy of this historically significant community.

The BBCHS works to document, preserve, and promote the unique history and culture of Bronzeville. Its programs and activities include lectures, educational workshops, and other special events to both educate and engage the public.

The BBCHS also provides resources and assistance to those researching the history of Bronzeville and its people. The Society works with other organizations to ensure that the history of Bronzeville is accurately documented, preserved, and shared with the public. It also provides access to archival records and documents related to the history of the neighborhood.

In addition, the BBCHS works to promote the works of Bronzeville’s past and present artists and writers, and to recognize their contributions to the community. It also works to foster a sense of pride in the Bronzeville community by supporting local businesses and organizations.
