The Northern Gila County Historical Society (NGCHS) is a non-profit organization located in Payson, Arizona. The society was formed in 1990 to promote the preservation and appreciation of local history, and to provide educational opportunities for the community. The NGCHS is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and preserving the stories, artifacts, and documents that capture the history of northern Gila County, Arizona.

The Northern Gila County Historical Society is a member of the Arizona Historical Society, and is affiliated with the Arizona Archaeological and Historical Society, the Gila County Historical Museum, and the Payson Historical Society.
