The Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame (CSHOF) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to recognizing, honoring and celebrating the achievements of those who have excelled in athletics, the arts and entertainment, and other related fields within the Chicagoland area. Located in the historic Michigan Avenue building, the CSHOF celebrates the tradition of excellence in sports, entertainment, and the arts by honoring the greatest athletes, teams, and personalities who have made a lasting contribution to the city of Chicago.
The Hall of Fame is a tribute to the spirit of the city and its people and is a permanent reminder of the city’s proud sports heritage. This includes athletes, coaches, teams, and administrators who have made outstanding contributions to their respective sports. The Hall of Fame also recognizes those who have made significant contributions to the community through their involvement in the arts, entertainment, and other related fields.
The CSHOF also serves as a catalyst to promote the positive values associated with athletics and the arts, while providing educational and cultural events to the Chicagoland community. Through its annual induction ceremony and ongoing public outreach, the CSHOF is committed to making a lasting impression on the lives of all who visit and learn about its history.
