Glessner House Museum is a historic house museum in the Prairie Avenue Historic District of Chicago, Illinois. The museum is dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of the Glessner family home, designed by renowned architect Henry Hobson Richardson in 1885-1887. It was designated a Chicago Landmark in 1975 and a National Historic Landmark in 1976.

The museum is located at the corner of 18th St and Prairie Ave, and the house was built for John and Frances Glessner. The house is considered one of the most influential works of American architecture. Richardson combined elements of the Romanesque Revival style with contemporary design. The house features a rectangular plan and a three-story tower. The building is made of red brick with limestone detailing. Inside, the house features a central hall and staircase, detailed woodcarvings, and a collection of 19th century furnishings.
