The Sharlot Hall Museum in Prescott, Arizona is a living history museum that celebrates the culture and history of early Arizona. Established in 1928 by Sharlot Mabridth Hall, the museum is home to a variety of artifacts, photographs and documents that tell the story of the area. The museum is dedicated to preserving the history of the region and is situated in the heart of Prescott’s historic downtown area.

The museum has a variety of exhibits that showcase the culture and history of Arizona, including the Hall of Pioneers, which features portraits of early Arizona settlers and a collection of their artifacts. Graylag goose (domestic type) - Watson Lake Park - Prescott This is a Graylag goose (domestic type) at Watson Lake Park north of Prescott. I had to triple check my identification of this goose. This is in the lower lake area. In the wild, these big, loud, orange-billed geese nest in wetlands and lakes. They graze for food in grasslands and agricultural areas and form large flocks outside of the breeding season. Wild Graylag Geese are very rare in North America, but you're likely to see domestic geese descended from Graylags in parks and farms. Highlands Center for Natural History bench - Prescott After leaving Lynx Lake, I stopped at the Highlands Center for Natural History. It was closed on Sunday. I wandered around the grounds. It looks like an interesting place. This looked like a great addition the Happy Bench Monday Group.
