The Chicago Navy Memorial Foundation Inc. (CNMF) is a nonprofit organization in Chicago, Illinois that was established in 1979 to honor and preserve the history of the United States Navy and its service members. It is dedicated to the preservation and recognition of the contributions of all Navy personnel, past and present. The CNMF is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors and an Honorary Advisory Board consisting of esteemed military officers and veterans.

The CNMF preserves the rich historical artifacts of the Navy, including ships, aircraft, uniforms and medals, while also providing educational and cultural programs to the public. The Foundation also raises funds for the maintenance and expansion of the Chicago Navy Memorial, located on Navy Pier. This memorial is a tribute to the men and women of the US Navy, featuring two large granite pillars that depict the history of the Navy from 1775 to present.

The CNMF also organizes an annual Navy Week celebration in Chicago, which includes a parade and a variety of activities and events. The Navy Week celebration recognizes the dedication and courage of Navy personnel and their families, and allows members of the public to learn more about the US Navy.

The CNMF also promotes a variety of other educational and social activities, including a speaker series, community service projects, and a Navy Birthday Ball. Through these activities, the CNMF strives to honor the legacy of the US Navy and its service members, while also providing members of the public with the opportunity to learn more about the Navy and its history.
