The Galesburg Community Veterans Memorial, located in Galesburg, Illinois, is a tribute to the veterans of the United States of America. The memorial was designed by local architect Bill Montague and dedicated in May of 2007. The memorial is centered around a bronze statue of a World War I doughboy, with an American flag at its base. The memorial also features a granite wall with the names of local veterans from all branches of the military inscribed on it. A walkway, lined with flags for each branch of the military, leads visitors to the center of the memorial.

The memorial is surrounded by a brick wall, which has a plaque listing the names of all those from Galesburg who have given their lives in service to their country. There is a fountain with a granite base and six bronze eagles, symbolizing the six branches of the military, mounted on the wall. There are also six granite benches, one for each of the branches, inscribed with the names of veterans from that branch.

The memorial is lit up at night, allowing visitors to pay their respects no matter what time of day it is. There are also special ceremonies, such as Memorial Day and Veterans Day, held at the memorial to honor those who have served. The memorial serves as a reminder of the courage and sacrifice of those who have served our country and a tribute to all who have given their lives in service.
