The Idaho Aviation Hall of Fame Inc. (IAHF) is a non-profit organization located in Boise, Idaho that seeks to honor the individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the aviation industry in the state. Taeniatherum caput-medusae - medusahead Medusahead growing in the Boise Foothills just west of Five Mile Creek and just north of Cottonwood Creek and E Shaw Mountain Road, Ada County, Idaho. The Wyoming big sagebrush steppe in this area is highly perturbed and mostly removed because of somewhat recent history of fire and overgrazing. Regardless, medusahead is only one of many introduced plants in this area (along with Japanese brome and intermediate wheatgrass) that coexists with native plant species (including Aristida purpurea longiseta and Elymus elymoides).
