Bushy birdbeak is one of the most common late season native annual forbs in the mountain and Wyoming big sagebrush steppe of the Snake River plains, including in the area of the Big Wood River drainage and the Sawtooth Valley.

Boechera retrofracta - reflexed rockcress Growing in mountain big sagebrush steppe just to the north of Easley Hot Springs, Big Wood River drainage, Blaine County, Idaho. This is one of the most common rockcress species in mountain big sagebrush steppe of Montana and southern Idaho.
