The San Manuel Historical Museum is located in San Manuel, Arizona, a small town located in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains. The museum was established in 1993 to preserve and share the history of the people who lived, worked and shaped the area for over a century. The museum houses a variety of items from the area including photographs, documents, artifacts, and memorabilia.

The museum buildings are constructed in a traditional adobe style. The main exhibit area features a variety of displays and exhibits showcasing the history of the area. From the early days of settlement to the growth of copper mining, the museum offers a detailed look at the region’s past. In addition, there are exhibits dedicated to the Tohono O’odham and Apache, who have lived in the area for centuries.

The museum also houses a research library and archives, which are open to the public for research. The library contains more than 20,000 books, documents, photographs, and other documents related to the mining, ranching, and agricultural history of the area.

The museum also offers educational programs and events throughout the year. These events include lectures, workshops, and other educational activities. The museum also hosts special events such as the annual Copper Country Days and the San Manuel Real Estate Fair.
