The Waialua North Shore Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in Haleiwa, Hawaii. The society's primary objective is to preserve and promote the rich history and cultural heritage of the North Shore of Oahu. Established in 1976, the society has been working towards the preservation of the North Shore's unique heritage for over four decades.

The society operates an impressive museum, the Waialua Sugar Mill Museum, which is located within the historic Waialua Sugar Mill.
