The Winterville Heritage Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Winterville, Georgia. Founded in 2002, the Foundation works to preserve and promote the history, culture, and heritage of Winterville and the surrounding area. The Foundation is dedicated to preserving the unique history of Winterville and its surrounding communities, while providing educational opportunities and activities to the public.

The Foundation owns and operates the Winterville Historical Museum, which displays artifacts and photographs from the area's past. Additionally, the Foundation organizes a variety of events throughout the year, including an annual summer series of lectures and events, such as the Winterville Civitan Club's annual Watermelon Festival. The Foundation also works to preserve historic structures in the area, such as the historic Winterville Depot, and works with local organizations to promote community pride.

The Foundation is governed by a board of directors, comprised of local community members who volunteer their time to the organization. The Foundation also has a staff of dedicated volunteers and professionals who work to make sure the Foundation's mission is achieved.
