Hidden House On Main Street; this one has caught the eye of other passing Flickrites. (Wrens, Georgia)

Wooden Awning On the symmetrical house; two of these, one on either side of the front door. I love the way they are made, with the double layer of pickets, separated by rods. I imagine the air would have circulated nicely while keeping the sun off and letting some of the rain trickle through. I think it's a great design, worthy of repeating now.

Wash House Spied behind a large, empty house in a small town. The only sign of life on this two-lot property was the trailer just visible here. Doubt the old building seen here is much in service these days, but all the necessities are in place! I can just imagine the many activities that might have gone on under that shed, in addition to boiling clothes.
