The Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta, GA is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the art of puppetry. Founded in 1978, the Center is the largest organization in the United States devoted to the art form. It houses the largest collection of Jim Henson puppets in the world, including works from The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, and Fraggle Rock. The Center also provides performances, education programs, and outreach activities for all ages.

The Center offers a variety of performances, including original works, classic tales, and holiday shows. The Permanent Collection houses over 500 puppets, hand-crafted by local, national, and international puppet makers, and offers historical and cultural perspective on an array of cultures from around the world.
