McDonough, GA Hotel I did a lot of traveling between February and April of 2022. I began a new job in Roanoke, but had weeks of training in Georgia and Pennsylvania. My job also involves a lot of travel, but for the most part I'll have to keep my phone off for the entire time I'm on a shift.
Norfolk Southern Training Center in McDonough, GA The traffic, oh God the traffic. If you're training here, check out Crickets at the strip behind the training facility. Fantastic food there. The Subway is good with kind owners. It gets busy at lunch. The Chinese-American place is questionable, the New York pizza place is disgusting. You never saw anyone go there twice. There is an Italian place with a Greek name in it across the busy road that place is pretty good as well. Not as good as the place I left behind, but great for the road.
