And...really, there was nothing wrong with the original, a very <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/wrherndon/4601950602/in/album-72177720315376572/">moody shot</a>. But the color version is so different. It almost sparkles. It deserved to be seen.

The Elbert County Historical Society Inc is a non-profit organization located in Elberton, Georgia, dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of Elbert County. The society was founded in the 1970s by a group of local residents who recognized the importance of preserving the county's rich and diverse history for future generations.

The society operates several programs and initiatives aimed at preserving and promoting Elbert County's history, including a museum that houses a collection of artifacts and exhibits that showcase the county's history.
