The Matt Wilson High School Class of 1965 Alumni Association Inc. (MWHS 1965 Alumni Association) is a non-profit organization located in Lithonia, Georgia. The organization was established in 1999 to promote and preserve the legacy of the Matt Wilson High School Class of 1965, and to serve as a link between alumni and their alma mater. The MWHS 1965 Alumni Association provides members with a variety of services, including networking opportunities, career development, scholarship opportunities, educational opportunities, and social events. The organization also hosts an annual reunion and award ceremony, and sponsors several other activities throughout the year.
In addition to its traditional activities, the MWHS 1965 Alumni Association works to support its alumni through various initiatives, including the Alumni Hall of Fame, which recognizes the achievements of alumni; the Alumni Community Service Project, which helps to connect alumni with service opportunities; and the Alumni Mentoring Program, which helps to provide guidance and support to current students. The MWHS 1965 Alumni Association also works to provide scholarships and grants to alumni, as well as support for alumni-run businesses.
The MWHS 1965 Alumni Association is committed to fostering community and promoting the legacy of Matt Wilson High School. Through its various initiatives, the organization is dedicated to helping alumni stay connected and engaged, and to providing current and future students with the support and resources they need to achieve success.
